VendNovation's hardware can be configured to authenticate your employees or volunteers using Keypad entered ID numbers, Barcode (visible or infrared) based ID Badges, RFID based ID Badges, or Magnetic Stripe based ID Badges which means you probably don't have to change your existing ID Badge system. Don't have an existing ID system? We also have a fingerprint based Identification System which is easy to set up and deploy.
Each of these ID systems can be further paired with a secret PIN to keep people from using lost ID Badges from accessing restricted materials. VendNovation provides Administrative tools to force users to change their PIN numbers whenever you wish, further increasing security.
Employee's can easily be put into groups and their access to supplies by restricted based on Authority or Training Level. Need an extra level of accountability on a specific product? Mark it as 'Requires Dual Validation' and no single user will be able to access it alone.
Make sure your Employees have the tools they need to save lives. VendNovation's inventory system allows you to see in real time what you have (and what you don't). Get automatic alerts when you are running low on Bandages, Medicine, or anything else your Employee's need before you run out.
